Currently Francine Ferguson is the Senior Vice President / Retail Banking Officer at Bristol County Savings Bank, working out of the Bank’s Downtown New Bedford office at the Candleworks Building. She is responsible for the development of the strategic, operational, and administrative foundation for the Bank’s Retail network with a focus on customer experience, sales, service and support.
Prior to joining Bristol County Savings Bank, she held positions of Senior Vice President – Director of Analytics and Reporting, Senior Vice President – Head of Operations Strategic Alignment & Change, and Senior Vice President – Head of Operations Business Support, for Citizens, N.A. in Providence, Rhode Island. Previously, she served as Vice President – Solutions Manager for Cash Management Operations and Vice President – Program/Project Manager for the Consumer Lending Group, at Bank of America (BankBoston), in Boston, Massachusetts.
A Senior executive with significant experience in strategic alignment, organizational transformation, people management and business process reengineering, Francine’s experience span over 30 years of dedication to cultivating positive changes in both operational processes and implementation of technology in the Financial Services industry sector.
Ferguson earned her bachelor’s degree from Roger Williams University, Bristol, Rhode Island and has completed several programs and certifications, including the Burnham Rosen Group’s Interactive Leadership Program, the Cambridge Leadership Associates’ Adaptive Leadership Program, the Bryant University Project Management and Business Analyst Certificate Programs – Six Sigma Green Belt and the Babson College Management Program Certificate.
Ferguson resides in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
